In Hindu mythology, Lord Vishnu is believed to be the preserver and protector of the universe. He is often depicted as having a human like form with numerous arms, holding various weapons and symbols that represent his divine attributes. The artist has depicted him in a grand and elaborate composition where Vishnu is painted in his cosmic form. The Vishnu Vishwaroop is revered and worshipped by devotees as a representation of the divine and infinite nature of Lord Vishnu.

Dinesh Soni a third-generation national award-winning artist hailing from Bhilwara, Rajasthan would say the same for Pichwai- how it isn’t something that comes naturally to an artist. For years he worked as a student, an apprentice, grinding daily at the studio over small details, only after grueling years of learning the art from his grandfather, the illustrious Badrilal Chitrakar, and his father, Prabhulal, did he gain expertise. Born in 1972, Dinesh Soni has three decades of experience in both practicing and imparting the art of Pichwai for which he was awarded the National Award in 2019. As a dedicated full-time Pichwai artist, he strives to uphold the authenticity of this ancient Indian art form and extend its knowledge to the upcoming generation of artists. He is currently operating from his studio in Bhilwara.

-Incase of spills, gently dab out the spill with a cloth and spot clean with a liquid detergent.
-For uniform exposure you can opt to rotate your rug during usage.
-Incase of a loose thread / yarn do not pull it / tug it. Simply use scissors to cut it.
-Folds & Bumps - If your carpet has been delivered in a folded form it is normal for it to show folds. These will go away as you lay the carpet flat on the floor.
