Classic Terrain 06 draws inspiration from the layered contours and formations found in nature. Flowing, irregular lines in shades of navy, slate blue, grey and soft blue unfold across a warm beige base, creating an abstract pattern reminiscent of rock strata and shifting landscapes. The contrast between the calm neutral ground and deeper blues gives the rug a strong visual presence without overwhelming the space. The idea behind this collection was to give beauty of Persian hand knotted carpets in hand tufting quality at reasonable prices, as hand knotted Persian carpets are priced at expensive rates. Moreover to give it a modern touch, the final designs were made in erased patterns.
